TinyTutus Terms and Conditions
*Registration and Fees*
A non-refundable registration fee of R150 is payable upon registration or the first lesson.
Monthly fee: R220 per child, payable in advance by the 7th of each month.
Fees are charged over 11 months (February to December).
Payment Policy
All classes must be paid for in full, regardless of attendance.
One month’s written notice is required for cancellations.
Missed Classes
If a teacher is unavailable, a makeup class will be scheduled within the same or following week as arranged with the school.
*General Terms*
Classes follow the Government school terms.
No classes will be held on public or school holidays unless otherwise arranged and communicated in advance.
Parents must disclose any existing medical conditions of their child before classes commence.
*TinyTutus Uniform*
Students may wear any princess dress or skirt, or optionally a pink leotard, skirt, and ballet shoes (not compulsory).
Optional items available for purchase:
Pink Glitter Tutu Skirt: R85
TinyTutus Ballet Bag: R75 (order via the application form).
*Liability*
TinyTutus and its teachers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or belongings.
*Acceptance of Terms*
By enrolling, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. I accept responsibility for all payments and acknowledge that this agreement serves as a release of liability and a binding contract with TinyTutus.
